# Comment télécharger un certificat d’adhésion pour un client ?

1. Connectez-vous à votre **espace partenaire** :

2. Accédez au menu **«Souscription »**, puis effectuez une recherche par nom et prénom.
3. Ouvrez la fiche du client concerné.
4. Cliquez sur l’œil du **« Certificat d’adhésion »** pour visualiser et télécharger l’attestation ou sur l’enveloppe pour envoyer le certificat par mail.
